Why Windows says "unrecognised app". This installer is not signed with a commercial code-signing certificate, so Windows has no publisher name to show you. It is not a virus warning. Two ways to proceed:

Run it anyway:

1. On the blue "Windows protected your PC" panel, click More info.
2. Click Run anyway.

Or clear the mark first:

1. Right-click the downloaded file, choose Properties.
2. Tick Unblock at the bottom, then OK.

Check it arrived intact. The sha256 above is computed from the file being served. In PowerShell you can compare it with
Get-FileHash .\CallLedgerSetup.exe -Algorithm SHA256
A different hash means the download was altered or truncated - do not run it.
